Angeles City is a small town about 80 miles north of Manila, approximately 2 to 3 hours by car or 25 mins by air. Right beside the former Clark Airbase of the US forces, there is a quarter called "Balibago". Santos Street is better known as "Blow Road" because it has a reputation of being a short time place with good oral providers.

Very near on Santos street you find "Pickup Disco". It is a classy disco that is open from 8 pm until 4 am. On the dance floor you will see many freelancer Billyboys. Pricing is upon negotiation, probably 1000 Piso for overnight stay.

The shemale scene in Manila is rather unorganized and small. There are no websites available that I know of. Most of the billyboys/shemales work as makeup artists in the normal girliebars, like in Makati's Burgos street or in Cubao, Pasay, etc. There are a lot of gay (bakla) waiters working in local Filipino bars. My guess would be to go to some of the straight bars and ask the gays about info on shemales. They seem to be well informed and will give you decent info in exchange for a small tip of 100 Piso.
The only time I have actually seen a shemale in a Manila bar was in Cubao. It was a bar called Venus in the side street of Aurora Boulevard close to the well known Ali Mall. It is opposite of the Bartolina nightclub.
